Work Package 5 (WP5) focuses on integrating AI-based precision tracheostomy placement tools into 3aHealth’s EHR system, ensuring seamless interoperability. It involves developing data acquisition interfaces, APIs, and user-friendly interfaces following UI/UX principles for clinical acceptance and ease of training. WP5 oversees deployment in clinical settings, refining the system based on feedback and evaluating performance against predefined KPIs. Lessons learned will inform wider adoption in standard clinical practice.
Work Package 2 (WP2) focuses on disseminating project progress and outcomes to scientific, clinical, and industry communities through publications and conferences. A robust communication strategy will be developed for online and social media platforms. Collaboration among consortium members and related initiatives will be facilitated through clustering activities. Workshops and webinars will showcase project outcomes and engage stakeholders. Valuable feedback will be provided to standardization bodies, and a market analysis will guide commercialization strategy development.
Work Package 4 (WP4) focuses on developing a comprehensive dataset for AI algorithm refinement and creating predictive models for successful endotracheal tube insertion using ML and AI. It also aims to enhance clinical interpretability by identifying key features in models for improved tracheostomy placement.
